Getting started
Download, install and open Mercatox Desktop.
Mercatox Exchange Wallet Desktop combines wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, supported markets, charts, order books, order entry and account security controls in one desktop application.
No account registration is completed on the website. Use Launch app if Mercatox Desktop is installed, or download the application and complete account setup inside the protected desktop flow.
Select Launch app in the website header. The browser checks for Mercatox Desktop and, if it cannot find the application, offers the download options for Windows, macOS and Linux.

Wallet and account
Balances, authentication and account recovery.
Balances, deposit addresses, withdrawals and transaction activity are managed through authenticated Mercatox exchange wallet controls inside the desktop application.
Email verification identifies the Mercatox account. Password, MFA, device confirmation or reauthentication may still be required before account access or sensitive actions are allowed.
Use a unique password, enable available MFA, protect your email account and keep device confirmation links private. Never share passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or two-factor authentication codes.
Use the supported account recovery flow inside Mercatox Desktop. If you cannot complete it, contact Mercatox Support without sharing passwords, recovery phrases, private keys or MFA codes.

Trading and markets
Crypto pairs, prices and order controls.
Mercatox includes established cryptocurrencies and long-tail crypto markets across USDT, BTC, ETH and other quote assets. The Markets directory shows the currently presented pairs and links to each trading page.
A pair compares a base asset with a quote asset. In BTC/USDT, BTC is the asset being traded and USDT is the currency used to express its price.
The trading workspace presents Limit, Market and Stop Limit controls for supported pairs. Availability and execution depend on the selected market, liquidity and the final order details shown in Mercatox Desktop.
No. Website charts and market figures are provided for research and may update at different intervals. Confirm the current price, order book, amount, fees and final order details inside Mercatox Desktop before trading.
You can review supported pairs and prepare buy or sell orders in the trading workspace. Crypto-to-crypto conversions use an available trading pair rather than a separate guaranteed exchange rate.

Payments, transfers and support
Move assets carefully and get the right help.
Deposit and withdrawal controls are available inside Mercatox Desktop. Confirm the asset, supported network, destination, amount and applicable fee before authorizing a transfer.
Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Sending an asset through an unsupported network or to an incorrect destination can result in permanent loss, so verify every transfer detail before confirmation.
Mercatox Desktop can provide card-to-crypto access through an available third-party payment provider. Supported assets, countries, payment methods, limits, verification requirements and fees are shown by the provider before purchase.
No. Mercatox Support will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key, password or two-factor authentication code.
Use the Support button or help icon on the website, or open Help inside Mercatox Desktop. Include the operating system, market or asset and a clear description of the issue, but never include secret credentials.
